I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, body image issues, or the weight of past trauma, it’s exhausting to carry these burdens alone. I know it can feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending cycle, where the heaviness of emotions, the anxiety about the future, or the pain of unhealed wounds often take over. I’ve worked with many people who feel like they’re running on empty, trying to manage intense emotions or grappling with identity struggles.
You’re not alone in this journey.
I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, depression, panic disorders, PTSD, and body dysmorphia. I’m also passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals and those navigating the challenges of living with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent conditions. I’m also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. I offer a safe, affirming environment where you can talk freely and work through these issues without fear of judgment.
