Feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or fear you've lost your way?

I get it. Living with depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, or disordered eating can make it feel like you’re trapped in a maze where the walls keep shifting – just when you think you’ve found your way, everything changes again.

Some days, your thoughts might feel clear and manageable, only to have them scatter like leaves in the wind when faced with an unexpected trigger or memory. The brain fog, the emotional storms, the racing thoughts that won’t quiet down, the feeling that you’re somehow broken while everyone else seems to have it together.

These challenges often creep in so gradually that we might not notice until simple tasks feel like climbing mountains. People navigating these conditions often experience:

  • Finding yourself zoning out during important conversations or tasks, then feeling guilty about missing information
  • Getting flooded with intense emotions that feel disproportionate to the situation, making it hard to stay present
  • Noticing your body react before your mind does – heart racing, muscles tensing, stomach churning
  • Exhausting yourself trying to appear “normal”
  • Avoiding places or situations that might trigger painful memories or overwhelming feelings
  • Struggles with disordered eating or body dysmorphia
  • Looking at things you used to love and feeling nothing but numbness or dread

I know how deeply challenging it is to carry these burdens day after day, and I’m here to guide you out of the darkness and into the light.

Who I Help

My personal and professional experience has enabled me to specialize in serving clients with a wide variety of needs.

How I can help you:

I create a warm, judgment-free space where your struggles are heard and validated, not dismissed or minimized. Together, we’ll develop a therapeutic approach that adapts to your unique needs and experiences.

I combine deep empathy and understanding with proven therapeutic methods to help you find relief, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of hope and possibility in your life.

My Specialties & Proven Techniques

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps you understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors. This approach helps you break free from self-limiting beliefs and develop more balanced thinking.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Blending mindfulness practices with concrete coping strategies, DBT helps you navigate intense emotions and find stability in challenging moments. This approach is particularly effective for those who feel overwhelmed by strong feelings, struggle with emotional regulation, or find themselves caught in reactive patterns.

What to expect from working with me:

My clients often discover that our work together helps them reconnect with their inner resilience and wisdom they thought they’d lost. As you develop new ways to navigate difficult emotions and experiences, you’ll begin to feel more centered, empowered, and at peace with yourself. I’m here to help you do more than just cope with your struggles-

Whether you’re battling persistent anxiety, processing trauma, wrestling with depression, or feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts and intense emotions, I’ll help you build upon your existing strengths so you can move forward and create lasting positive changes.

Together, we’ll work toward building a life that feels meaningful and whole again.

On A Personal Note

As a proud mother to a remarkable son on the autism spectrum, I find joy in life’s rhythms – both through my passion for music and drumming, and in embracing nature during long walks outdoors.
